ICIC Suggested Resource and Activity List

Thank you for your interest in the Israel Citizens’ Information Council (ICIC),
an Israeli grassroots initiative.Besides our more formal initiatives, there are
many day-to-day activities and resources that anyone interested in hasbara
can participate in and utilize. We have prepared a list of suggested activities,
guidelines and resources–and hope that you will find it useful.

1. Follow the Israeli media: Keeping up-to-date with breaking news is the
most important aspect of hasbara, as it allows you to be informed and fact-oriented.

2. Join and follow media-watch groups: There are several groups
that follow and analyze media presentations. Joining these groups

4. Get authoritative information: Both the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
and the Israel Defence Forces maintain a database of current and archived
information on the Israel-Palestinian conflict. These sites will provide a
valuable resource for communicating with others.
